Our Vancouver chapter came together from the grassroots and is run by its local board - which spans the generations from student to senior directors. We specifically engage a high school student each year as Youth Outreach Director.

We are entirely self-directed, which empowers us to be ambitious, creative, and pervasive with our own local approach for raising awareness and funds to equip Magen David Adom in Israel, for its incredible humanitarian work.

To do this, we organize events where we bring the best of Israel to Vancouver while introducing people to marvel of Magen David Adom - an organization where over 85% of its people are volunteers, working side-by-side to preserve life.

Every member of Magen David Adom in BC is a volunteer, drawn by the opportunity to be part of something bigger. We encourage you to contact us about discovering what role you can play - as a donor of blood, time, talent, money, gifts in kind, or feedback.
