Your donations along with MDA chapters around the world have provided the citizens of Israel with 800 MDA life saving ambulances, 110 Mobile Intensive Care Units (MICU’s), 75 3-Wheel Scooter Ambulances and our first Emergency Response Helicopter! MDA is Israel’s only ambulance and emergency medical service for all accidents, sickness and casualties. MDA's fleet travels over 9.775 million miles a year, answering over 500,000 calls annually. MDA has over 100 Emergency Medical Stations and 11 dispatch stations in communities throughout Israel providing emergency care and ambulance services, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year.

You can purchase one of these life saving vehicles and be proud to know that your donation is working everyday to save the lives of thousands of Israeli citizens. A minimum of 10% of MDA vehicles need to be replaced every year and for that we need the on-going support of people like you.

MOBILE INTENSIVE CARE UNIT $130,000*

Is equipped for the immediate diagnosis and treatment in cardiac and polytrauma emergencies. Staffed by physicians and emergency paramedics, treatment can be administered en route to nearby medical centers greatly increasing survival rate and reducing the likelihood of further trauma.

2-BED BLOODMOBILE $250,000*

Our 2 bed Blood Mobile is a large van with 2 beds that is equipped to take and store blood at any location. The blood mobile is equipped with refrigerators for blood storage and ie equipped with all necessary supplies for blood drawing as well as resuscitation equipment.

RESCUE HELICOPTER

Our Airborne Intensive Care Unit is fully equipped with life-saving medical equipment and supplies. The helicopter is used to circumvent clogged roadways en route to transporting severely injured accident victims to hospital. It is also used to reach patients who fall sick or are injured in isolated areas that are too difficult for ambulances to reach.
